My interest in orthopedic surgery began in medical school as I witnessed the impact of medical intervention in patients lives, allowing return to sport, work and improving function.
Science, technology and medicine are ongoing interests, and I am particularly drawn to the diagnostic aspects of medicine that involve identifying the case of a specific functional deficit and determining the optimal solution.
As a physician, my first priority is to provide the best medical care whether it is helping to schedule and advise therapy, provide injectable management or operative intervention. It is always to establish the best route for each individual patient with their particular wants and needs, getting them back to a functional lifestyle.

Jasen Gilley, MD
Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Jasen Gilley is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon that specializes in foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Gilley treats all orthopedic conditions, including joint arthroscopy, joint replacement, minimally invasive treatments, and foot and ankle issues. He completed a fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Gilley partners with his patients to find the best possible treatment options for each individual patient. Dr. Gilley also provides Workers’ Compensation patients with injury diagnosis and treatment plans to help them return to work quickly.
Dr. Gilley performs surgery at Barnes West and SSM St. Clare.
